How can I receive this service?
If we do not have your mobile phone number or you are unsure of whether your contact details are up to date please contact the surgery on 0151 525 5792 with your full name, date of birth and mobile number.
Alternatively use the updating your contact details by emailing the Practice g.n82648@nhs.net or call in to the surgery
